Haven by Vera was born from a simple yet resolute observation: while Abuja is a vibrant capital of diplomacy and enterprise, discovering accommodation that married international boutique hotel polish with the warmth of a true home was rare.
Guests were often forced to compromise — choosing between sterile, oversized hotel rooms with rigid rules, or unverified shortlet apartments plagued by power cuts, lackluster upkeep, and unpredictable service.
We set out to create the sanctuary we longed for ourselves. Every residence in our portfolio is chosen for its architectural grace, quiet neighborhood, and natural light. We furnish them with bespoke pieces, tactile natural textiles, and rigorous infrastructure (dual generators, solar backups, high-speed Starlink WiFi).
